We are not a cloud storage, archival, or document management platform.
All documents processed through this service are subject to a mandatory 7-day automated deletion policy. Exactly 168 hours after a document is successfully uploaded, it is permanently purged from our primary secure servers and transit network. This process is automated and irreversible.
To assist in evidential authentication and billing, we maintain a permanent record of the transaction metadata. While the document contents are deleted after 7 days, this immutable audit ledger remains accessible to the Sender indefinitely as proof of service.
